I did not say that he did not submit a budget..."He has not even
put a budget into action, including the first 2 years when there were no Republicans to stop him from doing what is required of him, the Senate and the House!"
As far as spending going to wars...Obama not only didn't get us out of Iraq (as he promised in his campaign), but he took us into an additional war in Libya!
