I had called Community Watch and they knew of no restrictions as far as parking an RV in the street. Common sense dictates that nobody really wants to park on the street. Packing and unpacking is something that has to be done. When we prepare to leave or when we come back from an extended trip we park one or at the most two days to get the job done. Why it takes so long is due in part to our wonderful neighbors stopping by to welcome us back or to give us good wishes to have a safe trip. We really try not to impose on any of them and they sense that. I think the original poster needs to meet his neighbor that owns the RV. He/she might find that they are really nice people who really aren't really trying to upset anyone.
