What if they never cross a county road?The district could just ban the driver or the cart from private property and ask the sheriff to assist with a trespass order. Publish the names and pictures in the Sun of the speeders. This is similiar to a prostitution sting....great idea?Ban speeders from the golf reservation system. What about tennis or pickle ball players, or line dancers, water polo players? If speed bumps are installed the only winners will be the cart towing and repair services.Not a good idea either.
