That's County revenue raising 101. Still say they have much more important things to worry about. Who do you think gets some of the REGISTERED money? Not to mention the citation itself. Always, always, follow the money.
Yes, I know it's the law. But there are literally 100's of laws on the books that are not enforced to the letter. Most of these lightly enforced laws do not bring any cash into the county.
