linda - if your sister has not yet done so, suggest that she contact the county office of emergency management or the neptune administrator's office [phil huhn] - sorry i don't have the #s - either of those offices should be able to provide suggestions. maybe there is temp room at one of the county nursing homes if there are elderly involved? and there is assistance to get people/families to neptune h.s. where they can be transported to an area emergency shelter.
