Thanks so much 12ridehd! We thought about trucks, etc. along Morse, but never thought prices being less than similar styles in other areas or early morning and late night carts.
The house doesn't back right on Morse, but is a deep lot and the house sits at an angle to Morse. But the things you mentioned could be a factor. May be why it's for sale!
