My house backs on to Morse, but the lot is deep and there's a fence and plantings between the fence and the cart path. I watch the carts, cars and trucks, go by, but don't seem to be bothered by the noise. I lived in CA, not far from a freeway...this is wonderful compared to that constant din....
I won't say it's totally quiet, but for us, it's not annoying. If you're wondering, then visit the lot at various times during the day. It's busier in the winter, remember, but we've not had much problem. If you come from an area that was absolutely quiet, traffic might be something you have to adjust to.
