I agree with Pooh, I have two friends who specifically wanted to back up to Morse and the busier the better. That was their preference. My lanai faces the back end of Colony where the loading docks are and I must admit, I never hear any noise from those trucks. Periodically, I might hear the back up beeping from a truck early in the morning but only if I'm already awake, it never wakes me up. But, like Pooh, I lived 1 mile from LAX, so this noise to me is nothing. If someone came from a country setting in the past, they might be bothered by some of the noises.
