What EVER happened to if you know there is controversy one may not like....just don't go there!!!

I think the moderators will have to be extremely careful to not be wagged all over the place.....especially when people are expressing how the feel about a subject.

Let's not totally emasculate the point and counter point process.

That is how we wound up with a subscriber only to the political forum (in my opinion).

I hope this is not the case. I think the moderation and posting standards set by the previous owners worked and should be continued by the new owner and moderator(s).

Everything comes in cycles. It seems like there is a cycle of new people posting in political at about the same time a new owner took over. I'm sure it is difficult beyond my imagination on how to handle certain conversations and complaints. But please, stick to the same procedure and standards already adapted by the previous owners.

As the song says: Don't go changing, to try and please me
You never let me down before
Don't imagine you're too familiar
And I don't see you anymore
I wouldn't leave you in times of trouble
We never could have come this far
I took the good times, I'll take the bad times
I'll take you just the way you are..." Billy Joel
