I asked that too, before coming down! Helpful others advised "anything flat bottomed" will work. It does.
The only thing I have had trouble with is, when cooking on a gas cooktop, I have a tendency to grab the handle and "shake the pan" now and then as I am cooking.

Don't do that on electric. I already scratched my glass cooktop. What a dope.
I am not used to cooking "hands off", but other than that, I like electric better than I thought I would.
Try to match the pan bottom to the size of the ring on the glass cooktop. My pans were all too big or too small.
