I have a black cooktop too and I hate it. I have to clean it everyday to get the grease off of it. Hubby makes bacon EVERY morning and ignores my pleas for cereal! Well, that is an exaggeration....bacon 6 days a week.

I use most analon pans or farberware pans. The faberware are fairly light weight and match the size of the burners pretty well.
