Bachmann and Perry are both very very bad for the party just as Palin was last time. Wake up folks. Read any Liberal Blog and they all say the same thing and they are all very upbeat right now just because Bachmann and Perry are two of the front runners. Liberals know just as I do that with them for opposition, you have 4 more years of Obama.

Please don't turn me into the scape goat, rather spend your energy trying to get a Christie or a Rubio to run and get this country turned around. Defending the Mentally inept is the act of a hero, but in this case, it could very well destroy America. I say now that Bachmann and Perry are great and proud Americans, but don't have a snow balls chance in ^^^^ of winning the presidency, but are in perfect position to put it in the laps of liberals.

Follow this logic:
Loud mouth liberals sound off every chance they get.
Loud mouth Conservatives sound off every chance they get.

The majority of Americans are closer to the center and stay quite. When these majority folks talk to a loud mouth, they lean in the direction of the loud mouths opinion just to avoid a conflict. Has anyone on here taken a psychology 101 course.

Also, keep in mind that you have Hard right voters that support pro-choice. You have hard left voters that support a balanced budget. We need a president that will do the best for the majority of us and not a die on the sword from either party. Remember that Pro-Choice is the law at this time and if you want it changed, DO NOT have a Pro-Life fanatic be your pick for the GOP because he/she will never win. That is so clear to me.

I sincerely believe the above and lets just for a moment accept my belief:

If you don't have a candidate that can speak to the majority of Americans, then you don't have someone that can win.

Very well said. Some of the extreme right posters here are so strident that they lose their credibility. Sometimes I think they are impressed with their own "cleverness" and word play. I can just see them going "oooooohhhhhh, this will get someone mad.." The truth is, nothing you say will make the least bit of difference to any of them. They seem to think like Bush....once you make up your mind, no amount of new information or facts will penetrate. And yes, I have taken many many psychology courses. Identification with the aggressor is fairly common...so is cognitive dissonance reduction.....
