We bought a corner CYV back in July. We loved the extra ground just in case we wanted to put in a pool. However, we are now thinking since we are within walking distance to the neighborhood pool, we are having second thoughts...maintenance, costs, etc. We may decide later to add a pool. Very happy with the corner lot though!
