Duncan Stone who is a TOTV advertiser on the left side did our kitchen and baths. Outstanding job, I highly recommend them. Gracie is correct that the edge can get expensive. I opted for one that was listed for $7 an inch. Now doing as much as I did, lowered the cost per inch a lot. I also had them use a second slab to avoid seams and in our entire home there is only one seam in the counter top. I have a Gardenia with an expanded kitchen which also has an island. Lots of edge inches around that island. I also had a more expensive stone. I believe our total cost was around 8K for kitchen and two baths. Here are some pictures of our granite. That first picture which is the sit up to counter and the sink which are curved, each is a single piece of granite with no seams. Duncan Stone does an excellent job.
