Did you bother to read the article? I did. This is basically a medical organization that has a military structure - related to the reason why the top doctor in the country is called the Surgeon GENERAL. They *do* work alongside the military on projects but strictly for medical procedures. The "Ready Reserve" would be akin to a "National guard" of medical professionals that could be called upon to help during natural disasters like Katrina.
Another website rated this as "Pants On Fire" it was so false. If you actually READ the documents that the guy on Fox references (and most people don't) they have NOTHING to do with what we would think of as a 'private army'. (They were commenting on Victoria Jackson's comments which basically repeated the claims made by the guy on Fox News).
