Well, when a democratic congress passes a bill that is thousands of pages and no one has read it, there could be all kinds of hidden or misunderstood provisions.

Remember Pelosi saying that we have to pass the bill so we could see what is in it. Hope and Change and a new transparency. My goodness!!!!!
