We gutted the master bath in our CYV replacing everything with tile, granite, glass shower surround -- everything top of the line -- but with minimal moving of lines (just moved toilet 3 inches to right.) I had one estimate for $21K!!! but went with Duncan Stone who had done our kitchen. Ty Duncan did the job for $5K and I bought fixtures for about another $1K. It is absolutely wonderful!!! Duncan Stone and owner Ty are great to work with.
If you just want to replace a tub without gutting everything, I would think you could do it for much less.
