We just bought a CYV. We bought a corner CYV because we wanted the extra space as we enjoy being outside in the evenings and plan to make an outdoor living area (maybe a pool in the future). We also like the privacy of a CYV Villa...and may decide to get a dog in the future. As far as meeting neighbors, we drove around our neighborhood and met quite a few terrific people before we returned to VA. It's all about what makes you happy! There are plenty of houses out there...you will know it when you walk in. When we walked into ours back in July, hubby and I looked at each other and said, "This is it!".
We've been smiling ever since!
