How many more people are comfortable enough to forget about working?

Excellent post Richie. The key word is comfortable. Our ancestors struggled every day to feed and clothe their family. America was founded by people who woke up every day and struggled to clear their land feed their livestock and plant their crops. They got up before the sun and worked until the sun set. Their only comfort was Sunday when they praised their lord and rested.
Taking charity from the government would not have been an option. Where is that pride of our ancestors? Over 45 million collecting food from the government? That is absolutely horrible. People used to chop wood or do anything for a meal. Now the government gives it to you and puts it on the deficit. Really, is this going to be our attitude forever? Is there no pride?
