Default M & s ac repair

M & S AC repair on 441/27 in Fruitland Park, (352) 314-5004) came to my rescue last June. It was a killer 95 degree day and the outside unit's fan ceased up the day before we were leaving TV for awhile.

Our pre owned designer had a warranty from Old Republic Home Protection that the sellers had picked up for a year. Called them and got M & S number. They were out in less than 2 hours. Checked things out and went back to the shop and came back and installed a new motor. He also changed the 6 year old capacitor as a precaution even though the old one tested OK for now. Probably would have failed sooner, rather than later at some inconvenient time. He also checked all the freon pressures and lines for me.

Can't say how reasonable or expensive they are because I only paid the $75 copay. Even though it was now 6 PM and still hot, he went the extra mile and explained the whole system to me. I questioned the way the de-humistat was wired, and sure enough it was wired wrong when it was added five years ago.

Now everything works the way it should, and even in July and August our electric bill is only $33-$38 while we're away. Happy camper with M & S.
