Seriously, if you were a teen in that area, where else could you hang out with your friends?? As ilovetv said, as long as they aren't causing problems it's nice to see that they are safe. It's so easy to see a "gang" of kids and forget that they are somebodys kids and we were the same age at one time. (ok...a long long long long..............time ago
