I think everyone missed the point. Obama's speech was more like being in church where God and prayer should be highlighted. I see the comments that are misunderstood by the right about using God to impress or elevate your position. The lefts point, in my opinion, is they are very concerned by folks that act as if they have a personal red line to God and will give him a call to verify their take on Government decisions is the right one, then come back with a grin on their face like Jimmy Durante for action. If you use a Bible, a crystal ball or even a wigi board to help you make a decision for our country, you have to be a little weird. Yes, I understand that is exactly what the Muslims do, but I do not want to see that done in this country. Jim Jones, David Koresh, Pat Robertson, Matthew Hale and many other nut balls like these are American. Do we need one of these in the white house. I see it as small step from these guys and some of our fellow conservatives. In 2011, we should be past the caveman mentality where we all fear the next cave because we have a different God to tell us what to do and who to kill. Don't you get it, you live here, so Jesus is right, but if you were born in the middle east, Mohamed would be right. There must be a better way than to kill everyone that has a different take on who is the most powerful Prophet
