ooooooooooooh, thank you for telling me about the leaf issue. I was given the plant when it was being tossed out by landscapers, but obviously it came without instruction
Still don't know what this strange sprig is. The pups are miniature agava plants and recognizable as such. If I cut into the root/sprig, I will be sure to wear my leather gardening gloves.
