WE DID IT!!! We signed our contract today and got our closing date of Dec. 8. We will be on Bachman Path and starting the next stage of our metamorphosis from tadpoles to frogs. We will be moving in early Jan, unless we sell our house sooner and have to close earlier than we want. We will make other arrangements if we have to. We will not miss outran sale. Our house has only been on the market for three weeks and have had 10 showings. No offers, but we are confident that there will be a sale in time. Houses in our area are moving in 30 - 45 days.
