Manufactures of shutters and blinds do not sell direct to consumers, but some internet re-sellers do. The home owner is then responsible to measure and install. If they make a mistake, oh well! A blinds and shutter contractor does well to get with the manufacture and get the proper training to insure they will be installed right.
