He was told he was being put on hold, but they hung up on him. So he called right back up thinking it could be an accident and was told the girl he was just speaking to had walked out of the office!! She will call him back. (yeah right) This mgr has been rude in the past when there was no reason to be so.

Dealing with this dealership has been so frustrating.

Does anyone know if there is a lemon law for golf carts in Florida or an recourse for customers with repeated problems?

I don't know about lemon laws, but you might point out that this forum has over 18,000 members, most of whom live here or are planning on doing so. That would be a chunk of business to just walk away from.
