They aren't the only ones. And they employ a technology that allows drilling at an angle allowing encroaching more toward what IS available to the USA.

We are married to OPEC....don't want to offend them....don't want to make them mad.

It is so easy to just stay stupid and not pursue energy independence. With all the new jobs associated with such a pursuit.

Just another opportunity to show leadership and Obama chooses to do business as usual....even though pursuit of energy independence was one of his (many) campaign promises...you know say what ever will either get him elected or keep his job.

Cuba obviously has more leadership than Obama.
