We just signed our contract tonight at 6pm and were told that we hold the title of the newest villagers until tomorrow mornig when the next contract is signed! Very exciting for us! After months of agonizing on whether to leave NY and and our grandkids to become Villagers we finally arrived on Saturday. We will be building a Lantana in Sanibel on Beville Place and are really looking forward to meeting all our new neighbors. From the posting we have read on TOTV-sounds like a very active and humorous group!!! A
