Thanks for all the good info you have shared. We spent the weekend in TV, and looked at 22 mgf homes. May have found "the one" on Schwartz Blvd. We really like the Historic side. We had never spent much time there until now. We are getting all costs together and will decide if to make an offer. Did not sleep well last night!! Can anyone tell us the cost of basic cable?
