Let me correct you right there!!!! My husband called your store and was told by Bob that someone would be out here on Friday the 16th because no one could come out here sooner because your repair guy had gone back to school. Now where would we have gotten this information? Bob needs to learn the schedule and not pick dates out of the air to give to customers. If he made an error that is one thing, but then to find out the other day that the part never came in, that just tops the cake. Why would he ever even give us a date? He never even checked to see if the part came in, he just gave us a date.
Sorry, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Like putting my husband on hold, only to hang up on him, and when he called right back to be told the girl he had just spoken with had walked out of the office.
You can defend yourself all you want, but you are not providing good customer service. I stand by my statement if I could do it again, I wouldn't buy a cart from your store due to all the problems we are having.
Also, we are still awaiting a call back.
