Even more naive. Drug addicts are not good candidates for taking responsibility and taking care of themselves by getting a job. Taking away their money will NOT make them change. As I said before, they will look for easier ways to feed their habit. What might work is making their money contigent on going to some kind of job training. We all know how easy it is to get a job these days...right...they will go to work. Laughable.
