He made a bundle on books that weren't published until August 2005. Bought the home for 1.6million in June 2005. What is he clairvoyant too? Or did you just assume that the books money came in prior to buying the home...
I have an excellent sense of humor when I hear something funny. Ever hear of advances for books being published?
