2) The health care plan is not that bad. We are paying every time we go to the doctor or the hospital for those folks who won't buy health insurance. They bill us at extremely high rates because they have to recover what they have lost by having to treat the uninsured and illegals. So, I see this health care plan as a way to have everyone participate in funding medical care. Not just us paying for everyone else.
3) What the people want is all the benefits and none of the taxation that supports it. That's what they really want. They don't think about what those taxes pay for. What people should they listen to? The ones who want change that might cost everyone a little more? The ones who want to lower taxes but haven't a clue as to what they will lose? The corporations who pay little if any tax? Those rich folks who create jobs but if you tax them they won't create any more jobs? That is ridiculous thinking. You think taxing them a bit more would actually effect them in any meaningful way. Restore the tax rate before GB and DC lowered them for their buddies.
