When we went to register, it is quite expensive for the 1st year. We found out that it would be good only from the time we register to the b-day of the person whose name is first on the title. If you register in Aug. and the b-day is Oct, you only get 2 months. We waited until just after my husbands b-day in Dec.

Don't forget to check out the nuts and bolts section at the bottom of TOTV. It was such a helpful guide for us as we settled into our new home, state, life.
