Hi Don from the corporate offices called again and has removed the "surcharge" that the Ocala manager tried to charge me. He also set the delivery date to the one I had requested.

I think the person that was trying to assist me sent a message up to the corporate offices because HE called me before I had a chance to call them this morning.

Now, I just hope that the rest of this goes like our POD delivery last December. It's tough to do a multi-stage move!
