I got my microcell free after going to the store and asking them for a refund as I was sold a phone that they claimed would work in the Villages where all of their coverage maps show good to excellent coverage. After much 'discussion' they (AT&T) finally gave in (the store personnel cannot make this decision) and I got a free microcell, it still doesn't help when I sit in Toojays and see the 'no service' msg on my phone  |
I hear ya loud and clear........it is VERY frustrating dealing with these AT&T Customer Service reps. I wasted way too much of my valuable time waiting and waiting and waiting for these people to answer my questions. Hopefully, things will improve........but I'm not holding my breath........
