First off if you are mid to high handicap, I would avoid a lob wedge. Very hard club to hit , at least for me it is . I am a 15 handicap and have never mastered that club. My woods are Taylor Made and I have Ping I3 irons with graphite shafts. Have two Taylor Made Hybrids in the bag, a 19 deg and a 25 deg. I do have a gap wedge and find it quiet handy on some courses. I would recommend regardless of where and what brand clubs you buy, that you get fitted for them. Makes all the difference in the world if your clubs are the proper length and lie.
