It depends on which section of TV you move to. The villages south of 466 seem to have younger residents. We moved here when I was 48 on the north side by Nancy Lopez and was dismayed to find out that I didn't have anything in common with my 60+ neighbors. Now that we've been here for 7 years, things are better because we've adapted. Unfortunately, a lot of my neighbors now are in the 70's and are experiencing health problems. We talk a LOT about illnesses, doctors appts, prescriptions. Anyway, you'll adapt. Everyone is very nice.
As for jobs - good luck. The pay here is less than 1/2 of what I made in Texas. And unfortunately the cost of living is about the same.
