.Not so much because of the cost but because of the fact TV were not up front about it. Our agent kind of skimmed over the many costs involved, such as Bond amounts being underestimated, operation/maintance bill, taxes amounts, etc. Hope this was not your experience. Happy I came across this site,have received soooo much knowledge from the people living in TV. I thank them ALL.
