old moe - Always best to check the info out, whether it's in TV, back home, or elsewhere. I don't feel the sales folks
intentionally give out incorrect information. If you feel they do, it's probably best to take your concern to management in the sales group. The sales force is more focused on the house (and the sale) rather than supplying a prospective buyer with all the 'nitty gritty' about things related to the house and the purchase transaction.
Again, it's always best to do what you're doing - checking things out for yourself!!
