If you are using Internet Explorer version 8 or 9 from Microsoft you may receive a blue notification bar at the top of the browser window that Active-X needs to be installed. Thank you!!!! I was unable to load Active-X and didn't know why, it said my computer wouldn't allow it...when I switched to Spanish Springs I was able to do it.
