It sounds like from other responses, these will not be unexpected costs to you. (I don't know first hand, as we purchased resale.)
However, for your own peace of mind, so you won't sweat it for the next couple weeks, please call Citizens First and double-check. Then post and let us know what you find out. It might save a scary moment for other soon-to-bees.
