I will be celebrating my 10th anniversary this month, since breast cancer surgery so I have changed my profile picture to a pink ribbon! I agree also with Russ that diabetes is a huge health problem and a real killer. I was diagnosed with it a few years ago. It isn't any fun to NOT eat what I want, but I have a few more golf games to play and a couple more grandchildren to see through high school and college. So, considering that I also have osteoporosis I'm unclear just how I will meet my end! It could be the the "Big C" will show up at my door again one day. OR, I'll eat one too many pastries or dishes of ice cream. OR, I could get up on the tee box, take a big swing and crumple right there in a pile of brittle bones! I think, given a choice, I would rather go down swinging!
