I am working on her and making some headway. We are a couple of years from retirement so have a little time to turn the ship.

Well, to be honest we will continue to maintain a home (shared with one of our children) in the kansas city area. Plan to spend about six months in each location - neither of us could leave our three kids and their spouses and our seven grandchildren, not to mention her 85 year old mother, permanently. Thanks for the kind words and thoughts.
