buggyone, as with most things that are found on the internet, take them with a grain of salt. But, you knew there would be one, didn't you, to many writers are saying the same thing. I have found through the years that if the government says something is not going to happen, that is what happens. Would I like to see this happen, no way, and hope t from to many different directions, that it never will. Will I be ready if it does, just like a boy scout.
