Didn't read the link......I never do cuz they are always slanted towards the posters point of view. But what you are probably missing is that voting is a right and the GOP is continually attempting to make it more difficult to excercise that right. It is a well known fact that low voter turn-out favors the GOP. So what better way to lower turn-out than to put up roadblocks.
