We won't be dining there after my wife's bad experience. It is always a good idea to speak with management about such issues, but that doesn't guarentee that the situation will be remedied. In one such case it didn't do any good:
Glenview country club-worst service ever
At least you didn't get slammed for providing a negative review as in the above link.
