This is really not "political", but I've found it expedient to put any post that might upset the easily upsettable into this section.

The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) has obtained documents through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that reveal TSA employees are reporting “cancer clusters” among their own employees who work near radiation body scanners.

The TSA refuses to issue dosimeters to it's employees which would evidently reveal the alarmingly high levels of radiation being absorbed by the employees made to work near these machines on a daily basis.

The TSA in radiating it's own employees and causing them to become cancerous is being called a bit of "tragic justice" by the people who have been protesting this official sanction of procedures that would be a felony in any other aspect of our lives in their molesting and detaining and humiliation of travelers.

Why is this happening? Because Janet Napolitano lied about these scanners being safe when she reported they'd been validated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The NIST replied that it doesn't test the safety of products, EVER!! So, Janet Napolitano's claims were complete B.S. and lies without a shred of truth.

Our government at work with business as usual. Lying to the citizenry to advance an agenda, and lying to their own employees with the result being cancer.

I haven't posted about about the TSA in a while, but this story is too good and too bad to resist.
