I'll first tell you the decision of my friend who went with his wife who was initially not interested in even visiting TV. It took them 4 days after seeing TV and came back with a furnished designer home. It started with my rave about TV as they were visiting Orlando on business. This was about two weeks before their curiosity peaked when I mentioned TV. They bought the place before we did. Some posts mention bringing the check book. How true this is.

As for us, we did three visits to our friends place each year mixed with two LSP the latter of which we brought in-laws. They will move in 2013 when they retire. They saw and they loved the place. For me convincing my wife took a while but once she agreed, it took about a week. Good luck. Incidentally, the friends we used to visit looked from North Carolina down to Florida visiting dozens of retirement community and settled on TV. They had sizable boat before, so thought they would retire by the water but didn't and have not regretted the move to TV. They are in their second bigger home now.
