Well, the wife and I are now caught right up in the middle of this perfect storm!
Would love to sell condo in NYC and join you good people in TV but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...thank you Messrs. Frank and Dodd and let's not forget FHA and HUD for their efforts to put a chicken in ...wait I mean a no-document mortgagee into an unaffordable home.
Outside they're marching up and down town blaming everybody but the people most responsible.
Market (and consequently retirement assets) are without direction...thank you BHO and Obamacare.

We expect the ride to continue through '12 and we will retire in May. I just do not care anymore and will go through with plan A. If they decide to take my wealth and spread it around I just hope they give it to someone who will take care of us in our old age.
